Common Error Messages

I get a message that says I need a web browser update. What’s this?

If you are getting this message, it means you either do not have IE 8 or your IE 8 is running in “Compatibility View”. You can check what version of IE you have by clicking here.

If the link above says you have anything less than IE 8, click here to upgrade your IE to version 8.

If the link above says you have IE 8, go into “Tools” on your browser menu and make sure “Compatibility View” is NOT checked. If it is checked, UNCHECK it.

Make sure you have the latest version of Flash installed.

If none of these things work for you please try another browser such as Mozilla Firefox or Google Chrome, both excellent browsers for maximum experience in GP 2.0.
